Travel and see the world as an online travel guide

How often have you wished that you could travel across the country and get paid to do so? Is there a way to make a profit and fulfill your dreams of traveling without having to be a weary salesman, going door to door in order to try and sell a product for another company? One career that will allow you to see the country and make a profit is by being an online travel guide. Travel guides are people who offer information about places they have visited, the sights to see, and the most interesting locales to visit. Many tourism sites offer money to people who review their venues, and others who travel will register for your blog in order to find out where their next best destination might lay.

Why this will earn profit

When you think about it, traveling is a huge business. Millions of people travel every day by car, train, and airplane, and a lot of the time, they will be visiting a new locale for the first time and will not be sure where the best restaurants are or know what hotels to avoid. By building a video blog and showcasing the best of the U.S., users will gladly register at your site to find out this kind of information rather than depend on a sketchy, two-sentence review on a motel Web site. By recording different attractions to illustrate your videos, would-be travelers can decide on whether or not they want to stop or to just go onto to the next locale. With free Wi-Fi now being offered in every major city, you can even blog at no cost while you enjoy the local sites and then upload the video before you return back to your hotel or RV.

How to organize your site

Since people are going to pay to access your travel blog, it should be unique, entertaining, and updated quite often. You can offer videos that highlight famous site-seeing venues, (without giving away too much,) that critique local eateries, and even videos that let travelers know that geography and climate, and what they can expect at certain times of the year. Then you can organize your videos by locale, alphabetically, so visitors can find and access what they need quickly. Your videos should have content that they can get nowhere else and be entertaining enough that it will keep them coming back in order for you to make a profit off the registration fee and also keep you motoring to your heart’s content.
